Yoga - Yoga means yoke or union.
Yoga is the linking of our physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual powers into a single holistic approach to life.
In the practice of Yoga the body is linked with the mind, and breath with movement, to bring about a feeling of balance, relaxation and well being.

The Yogic concept of fitness involves balancing and integrating all aspects of ourselves. What makes yoga unique is the harmony between mind and body.
The aim of each Yoga session is to stretch each part of the body, in the various directions that it can go. Eg forward, backward, rotate, invert, sideways. Gradually and with practice you will be able to stretch a little further and become more supple.
