Yoga - Yoga means yoke or union.
Yoga is the linking of our physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual powers into a single holistic approach to life.
In the practice of Yoga the body is linked with the mind, and breath with movement, to bring about a feeling of balance, relaxation and well being.

The Yogic concept of fitness involves balancing and integrating all aspects of ourselves. What makes yoga unique is the harmony between mind and body.
The aim of each Yoga session is to stretch each part of the body, in the various directions that it can go. Eg forward, backward, rotate, invert, sideways. Gradually and with practice you will be able to stretch a little further and become more supple. BOOK NOW

Reflexology Massage Reflexology is a method for activating the healing powers of the body. It is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. A reflexologist uses the hands to apply gentle pressure to the feet, hands, or in some cases ears, of the client. For each person the application and the effect of the therapy may be unique. Pressure is applied to these areas, formed by approximately 7,200 nerve endings in each hand and each foot. Stimulating these reflexes properly can improve the flow of healing energy to the corresponding areas. This non-invasive technique persuades the body to naturally correct, strengthen and reinforce itself.

Deep Tissue Massage Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia. The purpose is to "unstick" the fibers of a muscle while releasing deeply-held patterns of tension, removing toxins, while relaxing and soothing the muscle. It is both corrective and therapeutic.

Reiki
Reiki is one of the more widely known forms of energy healing. Energy Healing involves direct application of Chi, or Universal Life Force Energy, for the purpose of strengthening the clients energy system (aura). A Reiki treatment consists of the practitioner placing his or her hands on the clients body having only the intent for the energy to flow. There is no complicated rituals to perform. Only the simple exchange of energy between two or more people. Only the simple intent to share healing. Only the desire to ease the burdens of another and the willingness to receive.
